Phillia Wibowo, Member

Phillia is the President Director of PT. McKinsey Indonesia, focusing on working with large scale institutions in the country to foster

transformational change. She is the first Indonesian woman to be elected global Partner by McKinsey and Company.

  • She is a geographic entrepreneur with sectoral focus in public sector and Telco/Media/Technology, and functional focus in strategy and
  • Outside McKinsey, she is also an active government advisor, holding a number of support position to the Government of Indonesia, such as:

        Special Assistance Team advising the Coordinating Minister of Economic Affairs

        National Steering Committee of Bureaucracy Reform advising the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucracy Reform,reporting to the Vice President of Indonesia

        Advisory Board of the Indonesia’s President Scholar Foundation under the Ministry of Finance

  • Last year, she resigned from McKinsey for few months to support the Transition Team of the new President and Vice President, Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla. She was the Chief Operating Officer of the Social Welfare cluster, supporting Anies Baswedan, the current Minister of Education in Indonesia.

Recent experience includes:

  • Architected and drove execution of culture transformation program in one of the largest telco operators in Asia, addressing the needs to fundamentally change mindsets and behaviors via reengineering appraisal mechanisms, in parallel with operation transformation to implement new behaviors.
  • Architected and drove execution of performance transformation program in one of the largest petroleum company in Asia, addressing both theneeds to deliver results, build capability, and fundamentally change mindsets and behaviors, in a total of more than 2 years engagement.
  • Architected the design of institutional transformation strategy at one of the largest Ministries in the world, delivering a transformation plan that aims to bring performance of the ministry to a new level. Work closely with stakeholders in Indonesia to realize the plan.
  • Co-led design and initiation of National Maritime Logistic strategy in Indonesia, working closely with a number of key stakeholders in maritimelogistic and infrastructure.
  • Assisted a global private equity firm in identifying 20 potential candidates for $400 million investment across all Indonesian industries. Co-leadand project-managed a consortium of consultants and researchers from four different institutions in analyzing all industries in Indonesia withinthe process.

Phillia is the best graduate of Bandung Institute of Technology in 1998. She also hold an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management,Northwestern University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is also the co-founder of Young Leaders for Indonesia – a program initiated by McKinsey, aiming at unleashing leadership capacity of high performing university students.

Clemens Selestiyanto, Member
Lexy is currently Head of Legal and Corporate Services at PT Memimpin Dengan Nurani and Commissioner at PT Austindo Kencana Jaya, shareholder of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya. He previously worked at the Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners (Baker & McKenzie), Moctar Karuwin Komar (Clifford Chance), Tumbuan Pane law firms and PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya. He completed undergraduate degrees in International Relations at Parahyangan University and Law at Padjajaran University then received a British Chevening Award Scholarship to complete his graduate degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Edinburgh.

Sonny Susanto, Member
Sonny is currently Finance Director of PT Austindo Kencana Jaya and treasurer of Tahija Foundation. She previously worked as an auditor for Arthur Andersen in Indonesia before moving to pharmaceutical Kalbe Group (Schott Igar), Akzo Nobel in Indonesia and PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya. She completed her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Trisakti University and then pursued further studies at the University of Maryland attaining her MBA degree.

Dita Nugroho, Member
Dita has over 5 years working as a consultant on a range of development research and evaluation projects. Clients have included aid agencies, international organisations, education ministries, universities and research institutes. Strong focus on Indonesia with additional experience working on projects in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Mexico and the Philippines. She is currently engaged with Melbourne-based Independent Research Services currently involved with two projects, namely “Social Inclusion in Indonesian Tertiary Education” and “Transparency for Development”. Dita completed a Master of Public Policy degree in 2008 from The Australian National University and a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Education at Columbia University Teachers College, USA in 2012.
